The pelvic floor is vital for core stability, bowel and bladder function, and sexual health. A healthy pelvic floor is especially important to optimize performance in strength sports such as powerlifting, weightlifting, and crossfit.

But did you know that 1 in 3 women experience pelvic floor issues in their lifetime? These issues include urinary incontinence (leaking), pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. They may appear or worsen with pregnancy and postpartum, and may limit your return to strength sports.
